Measurements
Today was measurement day, i'm not very happy with the results, i still haven't found the right formula to lose body fat, instead i gained some body mass, thats also good but thats not what i was working for, my calories are very low and i'm still growing, i'm going to keep the same nutrition this week, at least i expect to build more mass at the end of this week.
