Legs and Shoulders

I dicided to go international, so today was my leg routine, i decided to experiment the triple drop set on the leg extension, i'm still working the weights but its about that, i felt it very hard on my vastus medialis.

Squats:

Leg extension (triple drop set):
35 x 8, 25 x 8, 15 x 8 (no rest between weight changes)
30 x 8, 25 x 8, 15 x 9 (no rest between weight changes)
30 x 8, 25 x 7, 15 x 7 (no rest between weight changes)
Calf raises on the calf machine:
40 x 15 (feet straight)
40 x 16 (feet straight)
40 x 15 (feet straight)


Shoulders
Machine Shoulder (Military) Press front:

Standing Dumbbell Lateral Raises:

Front Cable Raise:
