It was not a good week for me, i'm feeling better of my neck ake but not at 100% i'm still sore, the gym is on vacations so i will only hit 3 times a week, i'll try and pump the max out of it

so let me see, i've stoped cardio this week, lost some muscle and increased my body fat, this is not good at all, it all went wrong, i sould gained some mass and body fat, maybe it was the measuring i don't know, for this week i'm have to be focused on my nutrition, i'll start a cutting diet, i have to find what works for me, so this is what i'll do:
